START-UP VISA

If you want to set-up a new business in the UK you can apply for a start-up visa. The requirement for this visa as not as simple a they may seem and you need to have an endorsement from a UK recognise body as part of the application.
Getting endorsed
You must be endorsed by an authorised body that is either:

a business organisation with a history of supporting UK entrepreneurs
You must be able to show that your business idea is:

INNOVATOR VISA

The Innovator route is for a person seeking to establish a business in the UK based on an innovative, viable and scalable business idea they have generated, or to which they have significantly contributed.

You can apply for this visa if you are looking to set up a business in the UK, have £50000 to invest and has an endorsement from one of the UK endorsing bodies.

A dependent partner and dependent children can apply on this route.

GLOBAL TALENT VISA
​
This is a new visa category and essentially offers visa route for the most talented people of the world. You can apply for a Global Talent visa if you work in a qualifying field and have been endorsed:
as a recognised leader (exceptional talent)
as an emerging leader (exceptional promise)
under the UK Research and Innovation endorsed funder option.
This visa offers stay of between 1 to 5 years with an option to bring your family with you.
There are two stages to this visa application with the Home Office, you first apply for an endorsement and then apply for the visa.
